Our housewives love this. Our husbands love this. In fact, the whole Burma love it and it is very difficult to get fresh leaves to make this dish. However we special-ordered the leaves even though it is expensive (because of seasonal). This is authentic Burmese dish made by sour leaves and bamboo shoot with a lot of green chilies. In Burmese, we called ခ်ဥ္ေပါင္ေက်ာ္.
